  When I finished using the car, I returned it with fuel going on for 490 kms and the staff were rude saying"You have yo fill the tank full while returning the vehicle" This is nonsense. When I took the vehicle it showed me 484 kms and I'm returning it with 490 kms.

  Hard to get to on Parramatta road. Decent customer service and they were not as cooperative when inspecting the car. The rental process was simple and easily conducted.

  Dude! I've been hiring cars for the last 2 years from different car rentals and never had this sortbof disguisting issue. I've been going through Europcar and no birds which were the best in their service.

  You rip the customers off by giving them half tank of fuel and if they do the same, you ask them to pay or get it filled?

  Very good location & service. I rented a car from here. The car was new and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Returning the car was no issue, they process the bond refund upon returning the car.

  There is a bus stop on front of Hertz takes you from/to the train station; so no need to hire a taxi before/after renting the car

  I wouldn't recommend Hertz, especially Five dock branch who have poor customer service and negligence towards the customers. Probably Hertz has to change their staff at Five Dock or else you guys would be going even worse with your business.
