  I have been going to the Five Dock gym for a very long time now. We joke that I should get a job there as I am like part of the furniture. But that is the thing, loads of Gyms may seem the same but it is the people that make it like home. I love the team there. They are always so nice and we have a good laugh. That is what keeps me coming back. And the results too of course! This gym def has all that I need for my lifestyle.

  Place could use a deep clean, the grime in the carpet and changerooms is appalling. Facilities are nice, but equipment maintenance is slow. Don't expect the club manager to reply to your emails either

  I like five dock gym as there is more space a bit confused wether you are allowed to use pool.

  Large floor space. A little crowded around wrights area though.

  The number of terrible reviews for this place don't lie. The staff are antagonistic beyond belief and have no concept of customer service. When I asked about redeeming a promotion from their website I was told by a young man at the front desk that "he did not have to honour it". When I asked for a manager he said he was and would not give his name. (They don't wear name badges so are completely unidentifiable) and calling the head office also did not help. The girl who answered simply said "I don't know anything about the promotions". Disgusting staff. Stay away at all costs.
